Our main activities

- We coordinate activities of the educational EU programme LLP ERASMUS, where we plan the numbers of students and teachers for the academic mobility according to bilateral agreements, we deal with our partners and prepare other activities like Intensive programmes, Erasmus Mundus or the cooperation in Thematic networks. We are in contact with the National Agency, inform students and teachers about all the possibilities of the programme, award grants and scholarships and set up final financial reports.

- We support the involvement into other EU educational programmes like Leonardo da Vinci and Jean Monnet helping interested students and teachers and providing information. In LEONARDO DA VINCI Programme we coordinate a mobility project for student placements. We administrate also projects in the Central and Eastern European educational programme CEEPUS

- We provide information also about recently accessible EU programmes like Erasmus Mundus, Asia-Link, Alfa, Alban, EU/USA and EU/Canada and TEMPUS.

- We inform and cooperate in activities of bilateral cooperation, like AKTION (programme for cooperation between the Czech republic and Austria in education and research), with DAAD (educational cooperation with Germany), etc.

- We distribute information concerning different possibilities of study stays on the basis of cultural agreements of the Ministry of Education and administrate a mobility project for student in the frame of the Development programme of the Ministry.

- We administrate activities in the frame of agreements for direct cooperation between MENDELU and partner universities and coordinate setting up new agreements.

- We organise travels abroad of the managing board of the University, their participation in conferences and other events and receive guest on the University level. We cooperate in all other activities of an international character (international evaluation). We support the presentation and advertising MUAF in different international events, educational fairs included.

- We inform students and teachers about offers of scholarships, grants, conferences participation provides regularly or occasionally by the Academic Information Centre and other organisations.

- We register University staff travels abroad and guest stays at our University.
