The project draws on the project of educating research staff presently in progress. Its objective is to provide complementary offer to educate the staff supporting the educational and research processes at MUAF in Brno, particularly to staff with lower education level, to improve management and organizing processes at the university, to establish a model of new organizational structure and to lay foundations for new concept of managerial work in education, research and human resources.
