OPEI support programmes

Operation Programme Enterprise and Innovations (OPEI) 2007 - 2013, approved by the European Commission on 3 December 2007 includes the following support programmes:

Programme of support PROGRESS [pdf, 265 kB] -- the aim of the programme is to enable the realisation of larger enterpreneurial projects of SMEs with limited possibilities of obtaining a loan.

Programme of support START [pdf, 138 kB] -- programme supports the realisation of business plans of people taking up business for the first time or after a longer pause.

Programme of support GUARANTEE [pdf, 244 kB] -- aim of the programme is to facilitate the realisation of entrepreneurial projects of SMEs focused on investments and increasing competitiveness in the form of guarantees and soft guarantees with financial contributions.

Programme of support DEVELOPMENT [pdf, 219 kB] -- programme is focused on the support of competitiveness of SMEs particularly by purchasing new technologies in areas with the concentrated support of the state.

Programme of support ICT AND STRATEGIC SERVICES [pdf, 149 kB] -- objective of the programme is to subsidize competitiveness and development of the ICT sector in the Czech Republic and support relevant strategic services.

Programme of support ICT IN ENTERPRISES [pdf, 143 kB] -- programme concentrates on increasing competitiveness of SMEs through development and improvement of their ICT infrastructure. 

Programme of support ECO-ENERGY [pdf, 169 kB] -- programme aims at stimulating the business people to increase the effectiveness of generation, transmission and consumption of energy and the use of renewable and alternative energy sources. 

Programme of support INNOVATION [pdf, 156 kB] -- programme focuses on stimulation of innovation activity of SMEs as well as large enterprises in production and services.

Programme of support POTENTIAL [pdf, 149 kB] -- is focused particularly on strengthening research capacities in the SME's already engaged in research and development and on the deepening of collaboration of SME's with R&D institutions.

Programme of support COOPERATION [pdf, 107 kB] -- programme supports establishment and development of cooperation branch units -- clusters, technological platforms and other cooperation projects.

Programme of support PROSPERITY  [pdf, 210 kB]  -- programme supports constitution and further development of infrastructure subjects for research in industry, techological development and innovations, particularly focused on realization of new technologies and competitiveness of products and services.

Programme of support TRAINING CENTRES [pdf, 164 kB] -- programme intends to direct investments into infrastructure for HR development in enterprises as well as institutions rendering services relating to further professional education to enterpreneurial subjects.

Programme of support REAL ESTATES [pdf, 228 kB] -- programme supports projects focused on improving the quality of enterpreneurial infrastructure.

Programme of support ADVISORY SERVICES [pdf, 248 kB]  -- programme aims at improving the quality and accessibility of advisory, information and educational services for SMEs, and therefore increasing their competitiveness.

Programme of support MARKETING [pdf, 145 kB] -- it is focused particularly on the development of marketing skills and the support of participation of SMEs in international fairs and exhibitions.
